The Irish Peace Process, Cultural and Training Program assists young people from disadvantaged areas of designated counties in Ireland and Northern Ireland that suffer from sectarian violence and high unemployment to enter and work in the United States. Under contract to the Department of State, Northrop Grumman functions as the Program Administrator. The Peace Operations Policy Program is a sub-contractor to Northrop Grumman and supports the Walsh Visa Program's conflict resolution curriculum. In particular, POPP has assisted in the development, design, and conduct of assessment surveys and questionnaires to determine conflict resolution progress and measure changes in participants' attitudes.
